Travel Itinerary

Day 1 ) Arrival –ChidiyaTapu – Cellular Jail Light & Sound Show Port Blair

● Arrival, Meet-Greet with our airport representative and Transfer to your booked hotel/resort
● Evening, visit to historic Cellular Jail followed by Light & Sound Show
● Please note, we will drop guest at parking area near jail and guest must walk around 200
meter and return after completion of Light & Sound Show
● Guest must come out after visiting jail and re-enter for Light & Sound Show, Guests can walk around
the bay side in free time.
● Light & Sound Show timing is in between 1800 Hrs.- 1900hrs subject to availability.
● The free time between jail visit Light & Sound Show can be utilized in self-exploration of illuminated
Marina Park and Sea shore area, evenings are pleasant and happening here.

Day 2 ) Havelock – Visit Radha Nagar Beach Havelock Island

● Pick up from hotel to Port Blair Jetty for your onward journey to Havelock.
● If you have morning ferry, ask hotel to provide Packed breakfast (Subject to hotel policy)
● Arrival, Meet- Greet by our local representative and transfer to your booked hotel/ Resort.
● Afternoon, Visit to Blue Flag certified “Radha Nagar Beach” for swim and relaxation.
● Do not forget to carry changing cloths and towel.
● It's not permitted to board vehicle with wet cloths, please cooperate.

Day 3 ) Havelock – Elephenta Beach Havelock Island

● Morning, Breakfast and proceed for “Elephenta Beach” also known as Coral Beach.
● Elephenta beach is popular for Snorkeling and other water-based activities such as Jet Ski
ride, Banana Ride, Sea Walk.
● Usually boat operators provide a 5-minute snorkeling experience complimentary, however
the same cannot be guaranteed.
● You reach Elephenta beach via a small 11 pax capacity sharing basis boat board at jetty.
● Do not forget to carry a water bottle, snacks and changing clothes.
● Important: In case Elephenta Beach is not operational due to weather conditions OR COVID- 19 reasons,
we will provide a trip to “Kala Patthar Beach” OR We can refund the applicable amount.

Day 4 ) Havelock – Neil Island – Laxmanpura Beach, Bharatpura Beach & Natural Bridge Neil Island

● Morning, Breakfast & proceed to jetty for onward journey to Neil Island
● Arrival, Meet- Greet by our local representative and transfer to your booked hotel/ Resort.
● Afternoon, proceed to visit the following places:
● Bharatpura Beach: The white sand and shallow water beach is popular for swim, relaxation,
and water activities such as Snorkeling, Boat diving and boat tour.
● Laxmanpura beach: The white sand Coral Beach offers stunning sunset view.
● Natural Bridge: Also known as Howrah Bridge the bridge has naturally formed by corals, its
best seen during the low tide.
● Sightseeing will be based on tide and local representative will brief the final schedule.

Day 5 ) Neil Island- Port Blair- Day at leisure Port Blair

● Breakfast, check out and proceed for jetty and onward journey to Port Blair
● Arrival in Port Blair, Transfer to your booked hotel, Day free for shopping/ leisure.
● Other places like Corbin's Cove Beach/ ChidiyaTapu/ Wandoor Beach/ Museums & Parks
can be covered at additional cost subject to time and availability (Optional)

Day 6 ) Port Blair- Trip to Baratang- Visit to Limestone caves & Mud Volcano Port Blair

● Get up early as your journey to Baratang begun at 0400 am.
● Ask your hotel to provide a packed cold breakfast (subject to hotel's policy)
● You will cover around 100 kms journey through dense forest and tribal reserve area.
● You are not allowed to click photograph or deboard vehicle on the way to destination.
● You will board a sharing ferry & speed boat and some 1.5 kms walk to reach Limestone
Caves.
● For Mud Volcano, there will be a shared non-AC vehicle and a 500+ metre walk.
● We recommend: Please check the health conditions as getting up early in the morning, long
walks and humid weather conditions can be tiring specially to aged tourists.

Day 7 ) Departure from Port Blair

● Breakfast, Transfer to airport, Tour Ends.
● Port Blair airport is small with heavy traffic, we recommend you reach airport at least 2 hrs.
prior to your flight timing.

● Sightseeing as per itinerary
● All Monuments, Museums, Cultural Events, and activities fees as per itinerary
● Return airport/ jetty Transfers in AC vehicle as per itinerary.
● All Transportation for local sight-seeing tours by AC Vehicle as per itinerary.
● Cruise transfers Port Blair –Neil Island – Havelock – Port Blair by private ferry Subject
to availability (base category)

● Airfare Is not the Part of Our Package
● Dinner & Lunch Is not Included in The Package
● Laundry Services or Extra Usage of Hotel Assets
● Water Sports Activity Charges
● Additional Usage of Vehicle Apart from Itinerary

Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation, and we would require 30% payment before cut of date, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days prior to travel date
Ferry tickets will be booked only once advance payment is done and the same is subject to availability at the time of booking
Please share All guest names as per government documents with flight tickets at the time of booking confirmation advise.
In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of the package.
Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
Changes in ferry timings/ endorsement in other vessel is possible due to load factor or any other operative reason and the same remain sole discretion of ferry company.
The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
Mostly hotels in Andamans follow an early Check in/ Check Out time (08:30am- 10:30am) policy, early check in/ Late – Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel’s discretion.
All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.
We recommend you share your detailed requirement such as selected hotels/ Meal Plan/ tentative budget/ add on services etc., changes greater than 3 times would attract a service charge on INR 1000/- per change, amount can be adjusted in booking upon confirmation.
As per the recent regulations in the Andamans, the minimum age for diving is 12 and divers over 50 must get a medical clearance for scuba diving/ Sea Walk.

Andamans, being remotely located islands, Facilities and infrastructure cannot be compared with mainland hotels. There are only few certified star category hotels in Andamans, We have segregated hotels based on location, facilities and amenities.

Standard: Basic neat, clean and hygienic 2* equivalent Hotel/ Resorts

Deluxe: To be considered as 3* facilities Hotel/ Resorts

Super Deluxe: Can be considered in between 3* & 4* hotel/ Resorts

Luxury: To be considered as 4* facilities Hotels/ Resorts

Premium: Best available options on the islands and can be compared with 5* hotels/ Resorts
